The museum is open every day in June, July and August 10:00 - 18:00 and13:00 - 17:00 during spring and autumn. At wintertime it's open by
arrangement.
Entry fee for all three museum buildings is ISK 1400 (for groups: ISK 1200) but senior citizens and teenagers under 20 pay ISK 800. Admission is free for Children under 16
years old.
Theatrical performances are scheduled every Saturday in July.
Singing and dancing, and the old working methods are shown. The performances are included in the ticket price on Saturdays.
